Qawwam Mobility Sdn Bhd / JualDirectBah.my primarily provides services and transaction-related products that do not require standard physical shipping.
1. Motor Takaful
Motor takaful quotations, confirmations and related documents are generally issued or provided electronically once the relevant process has been completed.
2. Road Tax
Road tax renewal is a processing/service activity rather than the shipment of a physical retail product.
Where a physical document is required in a particular situation, collection or delivery arrangements will be communicated separately to the customer.
3. Service Fulfilment Time
Processing time depends on factors including:
- receipt of complete customer information/documents
- payment confirmation
- takaful operator processing
- payment provider processing
- relevant government authority/service provider processing
Customers will be contacted where additional information is required.
4. No Standard Physical Shipping
Unless specifically stated for a particular transaction, no standard courier or shipping charge applies because our services are normally delivered electronically or through service assistance.
